School Norms

IMPORTANT NOTES REGARDING FEE COLLECTION

1. Composite Tuition Fees will be paid monthly/quarterly.
2. Fees of June 2025 is to be paid in May 2025 and Fees of March 2026 to be paid in Feb 2026.
3. Fees once paid are not transferable / adjustable or refundable under any circumstances. Fees should be paid by 15th of every month for Monthly mode of payment / 15th of first month of the quarter for Quarterly mode of payment, afterwards fine of Rs 10/- will be charged as per following table:

4. Cheque returned /bounced by the bank, for any reason, whatsoever shall be treated as non- payment of dues. An amount of Rs. 1000/- as processing fees along with late fine from the “last date of payment” will be charged.
5. Bus facility will be withdrawn from students if the due School Fees & Transport Fees are not received within sixty days of the due period.
6 . Duplicate Security card (White, Green, Yellow) will be provided @ Rs.100/-, Students I-Card @ Rs.200/- and Report Card @ Rs. 250/-.
7. Issuing of fee reminders is not mandatory for school. It is the duty of parents to deposit the fee as per the schedule.
8. Fee shall be payable for the entire month if the student attends the school even for one day during the month.

GENERAL RULES

1. Attendance is compulsory on all working days of the school.
2. All students are expected to report 5 minutes before the scheduled school time.
3. A minimum of 75% of the total attendance of the academic session would be necessary to appear for the final examination and promotion.
4.. Children will not be allowed to go to home during school hours. Parents are requested not to make any social engagements or Medical appointments during school hours. To ensure better discipline parents are requested not to send their children to school on the day they have any such appointments.
5. School will see that the following principles of discipline are observed.
  • Regularity and implicit obedience in the school.
  • Politeness and courtesy of speech and conduct.
  • Pupils are made to realize that they are responsible to the school authorities not only for their conduct in the school but also for the general behaviour outside.
6. Students must come to school in neat and clean uniform and polished shoes. The hair should be oiled and properly brushed and the nails must be cut regularly. Trinket, jewellery, henna or tattoos should not be worn to school. Girls with long hair make plaits. Skirts should be worn knee-length.
7. Every student is required to carry the school Identity Card (containing complete information about name/class/transport/home address) on them each day of the school.
8. The following practices will lead to strict disciplinary action:
  • Bunking classes or school.
  • Bringing a cell phone to school.
  • Use of violence in any form
  • Bullying
  • Misconduct, indiscipline and misbehaviour in school transport.
  • Using holi colours, bursting crackers.
  • Using indecent / inappropriate language on social media for any Student/ Teachers and staff.

TRANSPORT RULES

1. Transport service is an optional service facilitated by the school for the convenience of the students. Kindly check transport form thoroughly before availing the facility.
2. Private vans/van drivers will not be allowed to enter the school premises as they do not follow the required norms and the school will not take the responsibility of any kind of private vans. The school will not be responsible for any untoward incident/accident.
3. Bus facility will be withdrawn from students if the due School Fees & Transport Fees are not received within sixty days of the due period
4.. In case of withdrawal of a child from the School Bus, one Month’s Notice is required in writing.
5. Students availing the bus facility will be provided with a bus no, pick up and drop stop no. Generally the bus timings will operate within 5-10 minutes of the pick up and drop time. Parents are requested to adjust the time accordingly.
6. No child will be handed over to an unknown person/ to anyone without the parent’s information in advance to school.
7. The parents must not board the bus at any point of time. Any issue related to the bus can be brought into the notice of the school authorities.
8. Transport fee is neither fully nor partially refundable under any circumstances.
