Educational Setup

At our school, we are committed to nurturing holistic, inclusive, and future-ready learners in alignment with the National Curriculum Framework (NCF) developed under the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020.

Our curriculum and pedagogy are thoughtfully designed to ensure age-appropriate learning, competency development, joyful engagement, positive reinforcement, concept classes, STEM, focussed communication with parents, hands-on- learning, expert guidance and workshops across all stages of school education.

1. Foundational Stage (Age 3–8 | Balvatika to Class II)

The Foundational Stage emphasizes play-based, activity-driven, and experiential learning. This stage combines the Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) years with the early primary grades. Our approach prioritizes:

  • Building strong foundations in literacy and numeracy.
  • Developing curiosity, creativity, social-emotional skills, and motor abilities.
  • Integrating learning through storytelling, songs, art, movement, and play.

The use of Jadui Pitara—a delightful learning resource kit introduced by NCERT—supports learning through tactile and joyful materials, promoting engagement and conceptual understanding.

This stage focuses on transitioning from play-based to formal learning while still incorporating experiential and hands-on approaches. Children are introduced to foundational concepts across subjects with an emphasis on:

  • Interactive classroom activities, projects, and discovery-based learning.
  • Early development of critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Introduction of art-integrated and sports-integrated pedagogies.

Learners move towards abstract thinking and interdisciplinary learning. The curriculum is designed to deepen subject understanding while maintaining learner engagement through:

  • Project-based learning, experiments, and group activities.
  • Introduction of vocational exposure and life skills.
  • Emphasis on 21st-century skills such as collaboration, digital literacy, and communication.

This stage allows for greater flexibility and choice in subjects, preparing students for higher education and careers. Key highlights include:

  • Multidisciplinary learning pathways, including academic and vocational subjects.
  • Development of critical inquiry, research, and application-based learning.
  • Focus on personalized learning, self-assessment, and goal setting.

Three-Language Formula

We follow the Three-Language Formula as outlined by the NCF to promote multilingualism and cultural understanding:
  1. First language: Usually the mother tongue/regional language.
  2. Second language: Hindi or English.
  3. Third language: Hindi, English, or another Indian language.
This fosters linguistic proficiency and cognitive flexibility in learners, enabling them to connect with diverse cultures and communities.

Pedagogical Approach

Our pedagogical framework is learner-centered, focusing on:
  • Competency-based education rather than rote memorization.
  • Integration of real-life contexts and local knowledge systems.
  • Use of formative assessments, peer feedback, and reflective learning.
  • Emphasis on inclusive education catering to diverse learning needs.

Vocational Education

Aligned with the NCF and NEP, we introduce students to vocational education from the Middle Stage onwards, enabling them to:

  • Gain hands-on experience in various domains like gardening, carpentry, IT, coding, and more.
  • Develop entrepreneurial mindset and job-ready skills.

We aim to bring this vision to life through innovative practices, a joyful school culture, and a commitment to excellence in education.
